Capture, annotate, paste
ShotInk lives in the macOS menu bar. Press ⌘⇧X or choose Capture from its menu, drag to select an area and add annotations. Press Return to copy the image, then paste it where you need it. Esc cancels the capture.
Screen Recording permission
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording, enable ShotInk, then try capturing again. The setting name may vary with your macOS version.
Trial and purchases
In the Mac App Store edition, open Trial & Unlock… from the menu bar to activate the 7-day free trial, buy Full Unlock or restore an existing purchase. The US base price is US$1.99 paid once; the trial does not automatically charge you.
If restoration fails, check your connection and use the Apple Account that made the purchase. A pending purchase becomes available after Apple confirms it.
Saving images
By default, ShotInk copies completed screenshots to the clipboard. To save PNG copies automatically, enable the option in Settings → Saving and select a folder. If folder authorization expires, choose the folder again.
Tell us what happened
Email support@relayium.com with your ShotInk version, macOS version, number of displays and steps to reproduce the problem. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. Do not send your password or full payment details.
