ShotInk Terms of Use
These terms explain the use of ShotInk and the trial and purchase model for its Mac App Store edition.
Software license
The App Store software license is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. This page supplements product and purchase information; it does not replace that license or limit rights granted by applicable law.
Using ShotInk
ShotInk offers region capture, arrows, lines, rectangles, drawing, text, mosaic, clipboard export and optional automatic PNG saving. It requires macOS 14 or later and Screen Recording permission.
Only capture, process and share material you are entitled to use. Respect others’ privacy and intellectual property. You retain rights to your own content.
7-day free trial
You may download the Mac App Store edition for free and explicitly activate a free trial through Apple’s purchase confirmation. The trial provides all capture and annotation tools for seven days, measured from the verified original trial transaction. Restoring that transaction does not restart the trial.
After the trial expires, capture and annotation require Full Unlock. Settings, Restore Purchases and support remain available. Existing saved images are not deleted or encrypted. The trial does not renew and does not automatically charge you.
One-time full unlock
The US storefront base price is US$1.99. The price and currency shown in the app and Apple’s confirmation sheet before purchase apply; other storefront prices may differ. Full Unlock is a non-consumable, one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription fee.
Restore Purchases uses the Apple Account that made the purchase. Purchases, restoration and transaction confirmation may require an App Store connection. Pending or unverified transactions do not immediately grant access.
Refunds and support
Apple processes payments and refund requests. You can request a refund through Apple’s official refund service; eligibility is determined under applicable rules and law. Refunded or revoked purchases no longer grant access when the app receives the updated status.
Contact support@relayium.com for product or restoration help. Include your app version, macOS version and what happened, without passwords or payment card information.

See the ShotInk Privacy Policy for information processing. We will update this page when relevant terms change. Existing purchase rights remain subject to the terms of the purchase and applicable law.
